Who we are
The Approval Path LLC is a credit consultation practice owned and operated by Session Tai. We focus exclusively on credit repair under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act. We are not a law firm and not a lender.
Session is a software operator who built this entire platform in-house — booking, intake, dispute tracking, letter generation. That matters because the failure mode of most credit consultation shops is operational, not legal: missed follow-ups, sloppy paperwork, slow communication. Our infrastructure exists to prevent that.
What we won't do
- Promise specific score increases or guaranteed item removal. That's illegal under federal law and a red flag in the industry.
- Dispute accurate information just to flood the bureaus. That violates CROA and tends to come back on you in the long run.
- Charge for services we haven't performed. Our refund policy reflects this — read it before paying.
Your rights, free of charge
You can dispute inaccurate items on your credit report yourself at no cost. You can also pull your credit reports from each bureau once every 12 months for free at AnnualCreditReport.com. What we offer is the operational discipline to do that work consistently, on a defined timeline, with proper paperwork.

No outcome guarantees.The Approval Path does not guarantee specific credit-score increases or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results depend on your individual credit history and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors.
Your rights under the CROA.You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, free of charge, and to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies once every 12 months at annualcreditreport.com.
Cancellation rights.You may cancel any contract for credit repair services within three business days of signing without penalty. Cancellation instructions are provided in your service agreement. Our 90-day money-back refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Accessibility.We design The Approval Path to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at the address in the footer and we will work to remediate it.
